Refund Policy

Payments made through the payment gateway cannot be refunded except in the following circumstances:

  • When a customer's account is debited excessively or multiple times in a single transaction, there is a technical error.
  • Customers will receive a refund, excluding the charge for the Payment Gateway.
  • A technical error resulted in a charge to the customer's card/bank account, but they are not enrolled in the exam.
  • Agnipay allows customers to enroll for free.
  • The payment gateway fee and charges will be deducted from any refund requested by the customer.
  • A refund request must be submitted with the transaction number when an original payment receipt was generated during payment. Within 21-25 days of receiving your application, Agnipay will send the money back to you by electronic check.
  • Depending on its policies, your bank may take 3–21 days to process the funds.
  • Agnipay will contact users or payers who have not made payments to resolve payment issues. When a dispute arises between a payee and a payer, Agnipay will credit the disputing payer's account.
  • The payee cannot raise payment disputes against the direct credit or debit to their account, which is the account of the disputing payer.
  • A settlement agreement between the payee and payer stipulates that Agnipay will handle the money.
  • The payment will be settled according to the agreement if there is a chargeback.
